Climate protection begins with knowledge, dialogue and a willingness to take action together.
That is why, on 13 October, eight colleagues from New Business Development and Sales at Mitsubishi Polyester Film GmbH took part in a Climate Fresk workshop. The workshop was facilitated by Gaia Cimbro, our Sustainability Manager. Trained as a facilitator by the international organisation Climate Fresk, she led the interactive climate puzzle session at our site.
The aim was to gain a better understanding of the causes, interconnections and impacts of climate change and to identify concrete actions our company can take.
The central question was: Beyond our personal commitment, what can we do as a company to make an effective contribution to climate protection?
Over the course of three hours, the participants worked together on the puzzle, visualised connections, reflected and exchanged ideas. This process generated initial ideas and concrete proposals, which will now be reviewed further and gradually put into practice. The workshop is another building block in our commitment to embedding climate action in our business and advancing it together.
