Silicone rubber films „KEIJU™“

KEIJU™ is a thin thickness silicone rubber film. Thin thickness films are available with high accuracy. KEIJU™ silicone rubber films are available in long roll lengths for efficient processing and continuous production. To meet demanding application requirements, selected grades can be treated to reduce low molecular weight siloxane. Single-layer products can be supplied with a protective polyester film, helping to prevent dust from adhering to the silicone surface while also improving ease of handling during processing. For applications requiring better surface slippage, embossed versions are available. In addition, silicone/PET film adhesion types can be offered, enabling the lamination of different silicone rubber layers for greater design flexibility.
