HOSTAPHAN® polyester films with PCR (Post Consumer Recycled Resin)
The HOSTAPHAN® PCR series of film is based on the successful HOSTAPHAN® RNK film series.
HOSTAPHAN® PCR shares with HOSTAPHAN® RNK the same optical and mechanical properties as well as performance in the known applications with the sole difference of containing post consumer reclaim in the base layer.
The cover layers are unchanged to its tried and tested RNK counterparts assuring the same surface performance known from HOSTAPHAN® RNK in running properties and coating performance.
The PCR content is given as weight percentage of the total film weight.
The PCR resin used is of tested high quality from reliable European sources using processes approved by EFSA and FDA.

HOSTAPHAN® PCR PR3F is a transparent polyester film which is suitable for food applications with direct food contact.
The PCR content is 30%.

HOSTAPHAN® PCR WD3F is a white, glossy polyester film with 30% PCR content.
It is permitted for direct food contact and suitable for lidding and label applications.
